The Youth Request for Proposal will be available starting May 7th, 2013.
This RFP is for the selection of Training Contractor(s) (Youth Program Operator) who will provide Workforce Development Services for Youth
aged 14 - 21.
The chosen contractor will operate the program from 7/1/2013 through 06/30/2015.

The Transition Center is established for the purpose of providing One Stop services at or in close proximity to the business affected by a layoff or closure.
Services provided at the location can include:
- Job Fairs
- Education/ Career Fairs
- Workshops based on the effected workforce’s needs
- On-site job placement services
- Career Planning and Counseling
- Coordination with other professionals
- Resume Development & Job Search Assistance
- Worker Orientation to Services
- Unemployment Benefits Workshops
Other services are offered based on the unique needs of the effected workforce.
